The research work considers the simulation and analysis of transition processes in linear electrical circuits using MatLab software package. occurring following were analyzed: RL equivalent circuit case connecting relay control winding to a DC voltage source; RC capacitor through limiting resistor source disconnecting it from RLC discharge an inductor; this shall be pre-charged branched first order where its topology changes after switching. As result research, process graphs obtained for which simulated completion time transient does not differ calculated values with error less than 2%. revealed following: inductance effect on switching; additional resistance value charge (discharge) capacitor; change when is discharged two reactive elements; intensity
